It's time to talk about Prop 2 on Michigan's ballot.
Did you know more than 120 of Michigan’s 148 state lawmakers have taken money from DTE or Consumers Energy PACs?
And...surprise!... It’s not one party. It’s both sides... almost split right down the middle.
A YES on Prop 2:
Bans donations from DTE, Consumers, and companies with $250K+ in state contracts to the officials who regulate them
Makes groups running election ads show who’s paying
If WE pass it, changing it takes a 3/4 vote of lawmakers. That’s our power.
I’m voting YES on 2. It’s a first step, not the finish line.
Early voting starts Oct. 24. Election Day is Nov. 3.
People over party. Always.

🚨 I've been digging into Proposal 1, and I want to share where I stand.
🗳️ It's on every Michigan ballot this November, and it asks whether we should reopen and rewrite our entire state constitution. What worries me most is that, with so much untraceable money and so many hidden agendas in our politics right now, opening the whole thing up is a gamble we can't afford.
So, I'm voting no and want to share why. The video breaks it down in plain language — then read it yourself and decide for your family:
